Most orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise indicated. All orders shipped via UPS are trackable. For your convenience, Tennisplaza.com will e-mail your UPS tracking number and order information when your order ships.

PROCESSING
We process all orders during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time). Our order cut-off time is 2:00pm. This means orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the next business day. If there are no problems with your billing address or credit card, most orders ship out the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
